How do I make a reservation?

Book online in seconds — enter pickup & drop-off, date/time and passenger details, then confirm with card or choose pay-on-arrival. You’ll get an email confirmation with driver contact. Phone or email bookings are available on request.

How do I find out the fare?

Enter your route and date on the booking page or use our fare estimator for an instant, all-inclusive price. Final price is locked at booking; special requests (extra stops, large vehicles) may change the fare — we’ll show any extra charges before you pay.

How much luggage can I bring?

Standard allowance is typically 1 checked suitcase + 1 carry-on per passenger. If you have oversized items or extra bags, select a larger vehicle at booking or tell us in advance — extra luggage may incur a small surcharge.

Can I add child seats, pets etc.?

Yes — child seats, booster seats and pet-friendly vehicles are available; add them when you book. Service animals are accepted with advance notice. Some requests may carry a small fee or require a larger vehicle — we’ll confirm at booking.
